Prospects of Group: Have your prospects given this fiscal year?

Nothing works better than a personal solicitation.

OK, that’s not a news flash; just a reminder.  As we’re all pushing toward the June 30 finish line, there are many solicitations in mailboxes and in the email queue to afford last minute giving opportunities.  But don’t wait on a piece of mail or an email from the Georgia Fund to ensure that your best donors are counted in our record-setting year. 

Here’s an easy way to check on their progress in GAIL and to work through your own calling list:  **while this example is geared towards fundraisers, you can use this same logic for any group**

1. View your current prospect list as a Group (they’re all auto-created and maintained for you – just search for Prospects of [Your Name]

2. Click the Members tab

3. Check out the new “Fiscal Year Recognition Total” and “Lifetime Recognition” fields (Thanks to Advancement Services for this handy tweak!)
