GAIL Steering Committee Final Decisions

The following items have been decided by majority rule at this month’s GSC meeting:

• • Displayed nickname in merge fields will remain as is
    • It was suggested to copy the ‘First Name’ into the ‘Nickname’ field if nickname was empty, however, the First Name is most often not a person’s Nickname.
  • New Name Format CDDR – Invitation Format is now available for Formal invitations
