Problems Viewing Vanguard Images with Google Chrome

Some versions of Google Chrome’s PDF reader are not working when viewing Vanguard images. If this is affecting you, please use this work around.

Make sure your PDF viewer in the Chrome browser is set for “Adobe Reader” and not Chrome PDF Viewer.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Open Chrome and go to this url: chrome://plugins/

2. Once there, do a find (ctrl+f) and search for pdf (the little search dialog box should open up on the top right of the screen)

— You should ultimately find one which is not disabled, in my example below the Adobe Reader is enabled and the Chrome PDF viewer is disabled.
