Assistant Director of UGAF Gift Accounting
The Assistant Director of UGAF Gift Accounting is responsible for overseeing the gift entry operations of the UGA Foundation’s (UGAF) Gift Accounting department housed in the Division of Development & Alumni Relations (DAR). The incumbent provides critical support to DAR by ensuring the accurate and timely entry of gifts to the University of Georgia. A thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and systems are necessary.
Career Consultant, UGA Career Center
This Career Consultant position serves as the career services liaison to the Colleges/Schools at The University of Georgia. This is the tangible link between the Career Center and the college; both externally, as a resource on career planning issues specific to that college for students, employers, and faculty; and internally, as a referral point of contact and advocate for that college.
Creative Director
This position is the driving creative force behind the Division of Development & Alumni Relations Communications team (DARCOMM). This employee leads a sub-team within the DARCOMM department within the Division of Development & Alumni Relations (DAR) and reports to the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications.
Digital Experience Officer (DXO)
The Donor Experience Officer (DXO) will manage a large portfolio of donors with the goal of building lasting relationships and creating meaningful experiences through engaging communications and one-on-one interactions. The DXO will connect donors to the University and its schools, colleges, departments, and divisions. They will solicit gifts primarily between $250 and $24,999 and develop personalized strategies for increasing year-over-year retention and upgrade of donors while also looking for referrals to build a pipeline for major gift referrals.
Director of Alumni Relations
This Director of Alumni Relations is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for regional alumni outreach for the University of Georgia through the chapters program. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with volunteer leaders as well as executing the vision for the chapters program. The Director is responsible for achieving the goals set by the Senior Director and organizing, planning, and communicating at a leadership level. It is expected that meaningful engagement of volunteers and other alumni, family, and friends, should promote philanthropic support for the University.
Senior Director of Alumni Relations
The Senior Director of Alumni Relations will serve as a senior level leader and administrator for the Alumni Relations team and will be responsible for the oversight, vision, and providing a plan for strategic growth of the program to be executed by the staff. The Senior Director will be responsible for developing new programming opportunities for engagement of all alumni, family, and friends. The position will collaborate with, manage, and supervise an Engagement Coordinator in carrying out these efforts.
System Administrator
This position reports to the IT Manager and provides oversight of and maintenance for the functionality of Development & Alumni Relations’ (DAR) computing systems. This includes maintaining, configuring, and setting up servers or ERP solutions, user setup and data access into the Donor System and UGA Foundation (UGAF) Financial ERP, has database management responsibilities to ensure availability and integrity of Foundation financial data, as well as ensuring data backups are viable.
