Conversation on Organizational Diversity with Chuck Kinnebrew (BSED ’75), Darien LaBeach (BBA ’13) and by Marques Dexter (MS ’09).

The Atlanta Chapter of the UGA Alumni Association is proud to host a virtual panel of UGA Alumni to discuss Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within professional environments. All of the panelists have implemented previously or are currently implementing DEI initiatives in their respective organizations. During this program, the panelists will share their thoughts and expertise on best practices, common challenges, goals, and the future of DEI initiatives. The panelists are Chuck Kinnebrew (BSED ’75), who serves as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Floor & Decor and Darien LaBeach (BBA ’13) who is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy at Huge. The discussion will be moderated and by Marques Dexter (MS ’09), Assistant Director of Student Initiatives in the Office of Institutional Diversity at the University of Georgia.
