
Prisca Zaccaria is a development professional with more than 16 years of experience. As Senior Director of Prospect Development at the University of Georgia she oversees Advancement Research responsibilities in support of the fundraising efforts of all schools, colleges and units who are currently engaged in a $1.2 billion + fundraising goal as part of UGA’s “Commit To Georgia” campaign. She began her career in development at the University of Georgia as a Research Analyst. She has been an active member of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA) since 2003, and has served on the board of directors on the APRA-GA as Program Director (2014-2016; 2018-present). Prisca is a frequent presenter on topics of research and prospect management, she has been a speaker at APRA International, APRA-GA, CASE, and AACSB conferences.
As a leader to her team, Prisca is innovative, dynamic and creative. She combines comprehensive experiences in management, streamlining processes, reviewing and communicating metrics, team building, research and prospect management, to motivate, train and guide her team.
Prior to working at UGA Prisca worked as an interior designer in Europe and the US. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
