College of Education

The College of Education Student Ambassadors is a highly selective group of 65 outstanding students who serve as official hosts and representatives for the College. The ambassadors promote pride in the College by providing strong student support for Dean’s Office feedback, student events and initiatives, alumni and donor relations, recruitment and prospective student visits, and campus and community involvement.

To reward the efforts of these students, the organization is creating a new, financial need-based scholarship fund to help ease the financial burden of future student ambassadors who give so generously of their time to the College of Education. Collectively over the next five years, the organization plans to raise $25,000 ($5,000 per year) to support the fund and award the first scholarship to a deserving student. This fund will be awarded based on financial need as well as academic excellence.
