Overview
On Thursday, March 27, 2025, we’re Calling All Dawgs to support UGA. Dawg Day of Giving is a unified, 24-hour fundraising effort that brings together University of Georgia alumni, donors, students, faculty, staff, parents and friends to enhance the university and celebrate UGA.
Gifts can be directed to any area at UGA. Our focus is not on addressing a specific need, but on activating and creating as many donors as possible by emphasizing the impact of their giving and the excitement of joining a global, shared experience.
This toolkit provides language, graphics, and other marketing resources to help the UGA community Call the Dawgs together.

Messaging
On March 27, we’re Calling All Dawgs for the University of Georgia’s Dawg Day of Giving!
For 24 hours, we’re rallying Bulldogs around the world to celebrate and strengthen the university we love. We’re challenging you to answer the call, donate to any area at UGA, and show the world that nobody supports their school like the Bulldogs.
This is an all-paws-on-deck situation: if you call yourself a Bulldog, we’re calling on you. With alumni, students, faculty, staff, parents and friends on our side, we can hit our 11,000 gift goal, put generations of students on a path to prosper, and build a better tomorrow for our university, our state, our nation and our world.
So when we Call the Dawgs on March 27, join with Bulldogs from Dahlonega to Douglas, from Athens to Austin, from Savannah to Seattle. Together, we can build a stronger future for generations of students, and we can remind everyone why it’s great to be a Georgia Bulldog.

Typography
When it is used thoughtfully, typography becomes a powerful brand tool that can add visual meaning to what we communicate. Georgia’s typography communicates clearly and cleanly, and is flexible for a wide range of situations.
Primary Sans-Serif
Oswald is our primary sans-serif family and works best for headlines, subheads, and infographic work. For headlines and subheads, we recommend using the Medium weight with all-caps. As for large bodies of text, we recommend using the Light variant with regular capitalization rules.
Styles
Script
Have Heart is our script font, best used sparingly for subheads and calls-to-action. The Swash variant is great for underlining key words and phrases in headings!
