For those requesting employment verification for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, please follow the university’s procedure.

University Human Resources can complete the employer section of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness form for current and former University of Georgia employees.

1) Submit your request through one of the following options:

  • Call 706-542-2222 to speak with a member of the University HR team.
  • Submit the PSLF form through email to ude.agu@bewrh. (DO NOT include your Social Security Number on the form. Email is not considered a secure communication method by UGA policy)
  • Submit the form in person at the Human Resources office at 215 S. Jackson St, Athens GA 30602.

2) The Human Resources team will return your completed form to you within 1-3 business days through your preferred method.
