Name Tag Templates Are Here!
Name tags are crucial to event success, from ensuring attendees can easily meet and network with each other to allowing UGA staff, students and faculty to more easily connect and engage with constituents. Plus, name tags save the day when you’ve forgotten someone’s name!
DAR leadership requested a consistent, on-brand name tag template that units across DAR and campus can easily use when hosting events and meetings. The template includes options with the extreme horizontal logo and the top shield logo as well as an option with a simple first and last name format.
There are three versions with each type of logo — one with graduate/degree information, one with city/state information and one with just a first and last name. Please only pick one set of information per name tag — do not “stack” graduate/degree and city/state information.
Templates have been provided to reflect name tag sizes used for signature programs as well as other events throughout the year. To utilize the template for your event, simply download the correct template from the resources tab on the DAR website and fill in the corresponding information for each attendee. Signature program sizes are formatted for printing on 2-15/16 x 1-9/16 sized name tags while other event sizes are formatted for printing on Avery 5390 (2-1/4 x 3-1/2) sized name tags.
After filling in all of the necessary information, print for attendees to showcase their names and easily engage with one another during your event!
