St. Louis native Elizabeth Elmore (BBA ’08, ABJ ’08) is a Double Dawg with degrees in public relations and international business. She joined the University of Georgia staff in December 2012 as assistant director of communications for the UGA Alumni Association. She is now the director of communications for the Division of Development and Alumni Relations, helping oversee communications and marketing for the division’s fundraising and alumni engagement activities, and coordinating a variety of media relations and comprehensive capital campaign activities.

Prior to returning to Athens, she was an account executive with Nashville-based public relations firm McNeely Pigott & Fox, where she worked with clients such as the U.S. Department of Labor, the Tennessee Grocers and Convenience Store Association, and Skanska USA. While a student, Elmore was a 4-year member, president and member of the year of the Student Alumni Council. When she originally relocated to Nashville in 2008, she continued to support the Alumni Association as vice president and then president of the local alumni chapter.
