Shirley Allen is a graduate from the University of Georgia with her degree in Communications Studies.   She has spent several years in retail banking but more recently was at Synovus Bank as their Lead Relationship Banker. Shirley is also involved in the community as a member of the Athens-Clarke County Library Board.
