Clint Travis is the Senior Director of Gift and Estate Planning at the University of Georgia. He manages the University’s Planned Giving program and is consulted as a subject matter expert for the Gift Acceptance Committee. Prior to his work at UGA, Clint was the Director of Planned Giving at Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation in Columbus, Ohio. An attorney and former courthouse mediator with a successful track record in sales, Clint is a strong believer in the importance of asking more questions and in the value of incorporating planned giving into all gift conversations. Clint graduated from the University of South Carolina and received his JD from Capital University Law School. He speaks regionally and nationally on a variety of planned giving topics with presentations to groups including AFP, AHP International, Crescendo’s Practical Planned Giving Conference, and the Woodmark Group.
